L'Università degli Studi dell'Insubria ha ricevuto in donazione dalla società Petroleum Experts Limited 10 licenze accademiche della suite software MOVE, per un corrispettivo di valore di £1.334.160, pari a circa € 1.500.000.
MOVE è un software di riferimento in ambito industriale per la modellizzazione geologico-strutturale e le analisi delle faglie ed è usato anche nell'ambito della ricerca accademica.

Questo software sarà di grande utilità per i nostri scienziati, impegnati in ricerche di geologia strutturale e nello studio dei terremoti. Grazie a questa donazione, l'Università degli Studi dell'Insubria avrà a disposizione soluzioni software all'avanguardia sia per la didattica che per la ricerca.

Petroleum Experts Limited has kindly granted 10 educational licences of the MOVE suite, which equates to an equivalent donation of £1.334.160 of software to the Insubria University. This industry software suite is a recognized benchmark for  structural modeling and fault analysis and is widely used also in the Academic world. This software will be of great help for our researchers, involved in studies of structural and earthquake geology.
